A four-story, $20 million building will be built for Misys Healthcare Systems, a health-care information technology company, at Williams Centre. Misys selected Bourn Partners, a Tucson-based real estate development and investment company, to develop and construct the 122,000-square-foot building on East Williams Circle. Bourn Partners will own the building and lease it to Misys, which will occupy all of the facility. The project will allow the company to consolidate activities now at 4801 E. Broadway and 1121-1181 N. El Dorado Place, creating greater employee efficiency, the company said in a news release. Construction is scheduled to begin in June and is expected to be completed in August 2006.

Tucson architectural firm SBBA has been selected to design the facility. Triumph Builders Southwest will construct it.

The building will feature a fitness center, employee cafeteria and office suites to accommodate about 600 employees.
Phil Skillings, a principal with Bourn Partners who was responsible for reaching the lease agreement with Misys, said the building "will be one of the largest build-to-suit facilities in the Tucson office market."

Misys Healthcare Systems develops and supports software and services for physicians and other caregivers.
Misys serves more than 92,000 physicians, 1,200 hospitals, 600 home-care providers and hundreds of commercial laboratories, clinics and managed services, the company's Web site says.
